Welcome to Beaches Serviced Apartments Nelson Bay in beautiful Port Stephens.

We are a small intimate complex of 12 apartments your choice of either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. All units are self contained & well appointed.

Nestled in a quiet corner in the “Dolphin Capital of the World” you will find us.

We can offer you bright, exceptionally clean apartments set in a tranquil, tropical setting.

Beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, with pristine beaches a few minutes walk away.

Enjoy lazing by the pool or take a short stroll to nearby Shoal Bay or Little Beach. Or if shopping is what you like to do, we have many specialty shops dedicated to ensure you have a memorable shopping experience

Sick and tired of the concrete jungle take yourself away from the hustle & bustle, relax & enjoy the many activities that Port Stephens has to offer, or you can just lie back & soak up the sun in our large outdoor entertaining pool area which is sure to please.

Solar heated pool & children’s wading area, a small mini putt putt golf area for the kids 2 electric BBQs & off street parking.

We are delighted with our 4 star AAA/NRMA rating (2007). Units offer private courtyards or balconies most overlooking the sparkling pool.

We also manage a variety of different properties in Nelson Bay & Shoal Bay. From a 2 bedroom upstairs unit, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor  wheelchair friendly duplex, to a 3 bedroom ground floor unit at Shoal Bay with water views. Please contact office for tariffs.
